tired dog good dog ALL breed open field FUN lure coursing and MORE!!
Our goal is a safe and fun environment for your dog to experience a new activity some dogs really enjoy and for an affordable price. This is a hobby started in February 2009 because our dogs really enjoy lure coursing and we wanted to share the fun with others. We are driven by safe fun and good times instead of move them along quickly for profit.
The equipment is expensive to purchase and maintain but we have kept our costs to a minimum so our prices are as low as possible to hopefully cover our costs. We all volunteer our time, no one receives wages.
We sincerely hope you enjoy watching how much fun the dogs are having, we certainly do!
Please review and follow our rules carefully so we may continue to keep safety #1 and be able to provide many more years of #2 FUN!
Rules & FYI Suggestions are found on our "Tell Me More " page

tired dog good dog lure coursing is here to help!
Have you ever been to a tired dog good dog lure coursing event?
It's unbelievable!
It's better than an all day amusement park for dogs!
You will never look at your dog the same...you will never believe they "had it in them"!
Have you ever seen your dog having the time of its life?
Has your dog ever been thoroughly exhausted?
tired dog good dog lure coursing brings out the "wild side" of your dog you've never seen and quickly reduces the excess energy. It's a fast way to thrill your dog and burn lots of energy (physical and mental) in only minutes!
tired dog good dog lure coursing events may be found in the Southern California areas of San Fernando, Santa Clarita and Antelope Valleys for ALL breeds of dogs. Our events may be held after agility trials or as a stand alone event. Come to our events or request us to come to yours.
We are dedicated to the health and well-being of our four-legged family members. Our lure coursing events are physically and mentally intense, as well as fast and fun for dogs. We wholeheartedly believe that dogs with physically intense activities become tired quicker and as a result are good dogs. For some dogs, they are tired for days!
This is fast, fun, great exercise for your dog's mind & body! Great therapy for anxious and nervous dogs. Bring the excess energy to us!
Bring your dog to us and we'll help make your dog a tired dog good dog!
There are 2 levels of tdgd lure coursing dogs-
1) tdgdAddicts
These are dogs that have run with us previously or titled/completed runs toward a title through AKC or AFSA etc.
They already know what to do and are FAST. They may run at ANY time and before any Newbies which may be waiting. Complete paperwork and sign up each run on a run number. REMEMBER your run number!! Line up according to your run number. We will call out the run number every run and skip any not present.
2) Newbies
These are dogs that have never run with us before and do not compete. These dogs usually need more time to “figure it out.” These dogs will try their first run on our "test track" to give then an opportunity “figure it out” if they are giving us signs they are interested. Most dogs are interested but have never been allowed to do anything like this. Some have no interest at all- it is up to the individual dog- we cannot force them. Watch out when they do- it is usually pretty funny to watch the whole process. A successful test track run will permit them to run their next run on the full course. Sign up in person at the event and wait in line by your assigned number at the test track to run.
We look forward to meeting new dogs at our events!!
